We currently have a great opportunity for a part-time Teller. In this position you will

  • Service customers in a friendly, helpful way by accurately processing transactions; responding to customer requests for savings bond redemptions, cash advances, travel cards, and safe deposit access; imaging supporting document; reviewing and resolving customer complaints; responding to related inquiries; and filing reports as required by regulation.
  • Perform some support duties which include preparing and mailing bank statements, processing outgoing mail insuring that all outgoing mail is postmarked and delivered by 4:30 p.m., rolling coin, balancing coin machine, and verifying money to sell to the vault and Federal Reserve.
  • Assist customers with online banking, bill pay and mobile banking.
  • Monitor Mobile Deposit transactions on an hourly basis.
  • Records, verify and process night deposit items.
  • Maintain adequate cash drawer balances to support daily customer needs and adheres to cash drawer limits. Balances drawer daily and maintains drawer in a neat and orderly fashion.

The schedule is 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility and varying shifts Monday through Friday as well as rotating Saturday mornings. Saturday shifts pay time and a half.
